THURS-FRI: Present PPP assignments.

Period 2: ELA 6

MON: Abel’s Island pre-reading assignment #1 (individual) – handout with instructions.

TUES: Abel’s Island vocabulary Chapters 1-4 (group).

WED-FRI: Abel’s Island reading aloud chapters 1-4 & comprehension assignments (group). Progress to be determined based on reading pace.

Period 3: Literacy

MON-TUES: Holes Group Assignment – Handout: Rewrite a scene and act it out.

WED-FRI: Holes film. Discussion of differences in novel writing and film writing.

Period 4: English 11/12

MON- FRI: Fahrenheit 451 reading aloud, discussion, exercises.

Period 5: ELA 7

MON: The Giver Chapter 5 reading.

TUES-FRI: The Giver Chapters 3-5 group comp Qs, written individual assignment.

Period 6: Law (no class Wednesdays)
