Civics & Law Program
We are excited to announce our newest addition to the curriculum, designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills needed to understand and engage in civic life. Our program aims to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the legal and political systems that shape our society, and the rights and responsibilities of citizens within them.
Through our Civics and Law Program, students will have the opportunity to:
Learn about the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights
Study the three branches of government and how they interact
Understand the role of the judiciary in interpreting laws
Explore the legal system, including criminal and civil law
Discuss contemporary issues in politics and law
Participate in debates, mock trials, and other activities that simulate real-world scenarios.
Our program is designed for students in grades 9-12 and is led by experienced educators who are passionate about civic engagement. We believe that an informed and engaged citizenry is essential to the health of our democracy, and we are committed to providing students with the tools they need to make a positive impact in their communities.
