American History High School

Monday – Chapter 21 Vocabulary. Students will define all vocabulary terms for Chapter 21. Students will then read pages 708 (Gideon v Wainright) and page 717 (Miranda v Arizona). Students will spend the rest of the period studying their vocabulary terms.

Tuesday – Kennedy and the Cold War. Class will read and discuss pages 696 to 702. Students will answer questions on worksheet provided by teacher.

Wednesday – Kennedy’s New Frontier. Class will read and discuss pages 703 to 707. Students will answer questions on worksheet provided by teacher.

Thursday – Johnson’s Great Society. Class will read and discuss pages 709 to 719. Students will answer questions on worksheet provided by teacher.

Friday – Chapter 21 Test. Test on Chapter 21.


World History High School

Monday – A Return to Peace. Class will read and discuss pages 529 to 533 in the textbook. Students will complete questions on worksheet provided by teacher.

Tuesday – French Revolution & Napoleonic Era Test Review. Review for test on Chapter 21 in the textbook.

Wednesday – French Revolution & Napoleonic Era Test. Test on Chapter 21 in the textbook.

Thursday – Enrichment Activity

Friday – NO CLASS (Arbor Day)


English High School

Monday – Vocabulary List #18. Students will receive Vocabulary List #18. Class will review and discuss. Students will write a 20-sentence short story with one vocabulary word in each sentence.

Tuesday – Gulliver’s Travels, Part 2. Class will read and review pages 600 to 606 in the textbook.

Wednesday – Thinking Through Literature Questions on Gulliver’s Travels, Part 2. Based on yesterday’s reading (pages 600 to 606), students will complete the Thinking Through Literature questions 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 7. Students must write questions.

Thursday – Vocabulary Quiz #18. Students will read their sustained silent reading books after completing the quiz.

Friday – NO CLASS (Arbor Day)


American History Middle School

Monday – Jeffersonian Revolution to the War of 1812 Test Review. Review for test on Chapter 9.

HW: Study for Chapter 9 Test (Jeffersonian Revolution to the War of 1812 Test).

Tuesday – Jeffersonian Revolution to the War of 1812 Test. Test on Chapter 9 in the textbook.

Wednesday – The Industrial Revolution. Class will read and discuss pages 382 to 387 in the textbook. Students will complete questions on worksheet provided by teacher.

Thursday – The North Transformed. Class will read and discuss pages 390 to 395 in the textbook. Students will complete questions on worksheet provided by teacher.

Friday – NO CLASS (Arbor Day)
