World History Middle School


Monday – Students will write a creative essay in which they travel back in time to visit one of the cultures we have studied. (300 to 1000 words).


Tuesday – Students will continue writing creative essay in which they travel back in time to visit one of the cultures we have studied. (300 to 1000 words).


Wednesday – Students will turn in essays. Class will be divided into four groups. Class will write and plan out a five minute skit based on essay of their choice.


Thursday – Class will finish writing and planning out their skits.


Friday Class will act out their skits.




American History Middle School


Monday – Growing Tensions Over Slavery (textbook pages 482 to 485) Class will briefly discuss and students will complete teacher-provided questions.


Tuesday - Compromises Fail (textbook pages 486 to 489) Class will briefly discuss and students will complete teacher-provided questions.


Wednesday – The Crisis Deepens (textbook pages 494 to 497) Class will briefly discuss and students will complete teacher-provided questions.


Thursday – The Coming of the Civil War (textbook pages 499 to 503) Class will briefly discuss and students will complete teacher-provided questions.


Friday – Chapter 14 Test (textbook pages 482 to 503.)




World History High School


Monday The Napoleonic Era. (textbook pages 523 to 528) Class will briefly discuss and students will complete teacher-provided questions.


Tuesday – The Napoleonic Era (Continued). (textbook pages 523 to 528) Class will briefly discuss and students will complete teacher-provided questions.


Wednesday – A Return to Peace. (textbook pages 529 to 533) Class will briefly discuss and students will complete teacher-provided questions.


Thursday – Brain Bowl Review Game (textbook pages 508 to 533).


Friday – Revolutionary France Quiz (textbook pages 508 to 533).




American History High School


Monday – Students will study review terms for Chapters 5 through 18 on their worksheets.

HW: Spend 30 minutes studying flashcards for Chapters 5 through 18.


Tuesday – Nixon and the Watergate Scandal (textbook pages 790 to 797) Class will briefly discuss and students will complete teacher-provided questions.


Wednesday – The Ford and Carter Years (textbook pages 799 to 805) Class will briefly discuss and students will complete teacher-provided questions. Class will receive Chapter 19 Flashcard definition terms.

HW: Spend 30 minutes studying flashcards for Chapters 5 through 20.


Thursday – Foreign Policy Troubles (textbook pages 807 to 811) Class will briefly discuss and students will complete teacher-provided questions.

HW: Spend 30 minutes studying Chapter 24.


Friday – Test on Chapter 24 & Flashcards for Chapters 5 through 20.
