American History High School


Monday – Students will read and take notes on Chapter 7, Section 1 in the textbook.


Tuesday – Students will complete Chapter 7, Section 1 Reading Check; Each student will be assigned a subheading which they will read and become an expert on. Students will then go to the front of the class and teach their classmates about the subheading.


Wednesday – Chapter 7, Section 2 Reading Check; Each student will be assigned a subheading which they will read and become an expert on. Students will then go to the front of the class and teach their classmates about the subheading.


Thursday – Chapter 7, Section 3 Reading Check; Chapter 7 Brain Bowl Review


Friday – Chapter 7 Test



World History High School


Monday – Class will continue PowerPoint Presentation on Sumer & Akkad.


Tuesday – Class will finish PowerPoint Presentation on Sumer & Akkad.


Wednesday – Brain Bowl Review (Sumer & Akkad)


Thursday – Test (Sumer & Akkad)


Friday – Enrichment Activity



English High School


Monday – Teacher will pass out Vocabulary List #4. Class will review vocabulary words. Students will write vocabulary words in a sentence with context clues demonstrating their understanding of the words.


Tuesday – Persuasive Essay - Students will write a persuasive essay in FSA formant on the following topic (Is life better today than it was 50 years ago?)


Wednesday – Persuasive Essay - Students will write a persuasive essay in FSA formant on the following topic (Is life better today than it was 50 years ago?)


Thursday – Class will read Night and students will answer teacher-directed questions.


Friday – Vocabulary Quiz #4



American History Middle School


Monday – Midway Review Practice


Tuesday – PowerPoint Presentation (Lost Colony of Roanoke) - Students will answer questions on PowerPoint slides.


Wednesday – Finish PowerPoint Presentation (Lost Colony of Roanoke) - Students will answer questions on PowerPoint slides.


Thursday – 1st Quarter Midway Test
