Economics

Monday – Unit 6-4 (The Function of Modern Banks). Students will read pages 255-262 individually. They will answer the Reading Check and Assessment questions, then turn in.

Tuesday – Unit 6-5 (Investing). Students will read pages 263-269 individually. They will answer the Reading Check and Assessment questions, then turn in.

Wednesday – Unit 6-7 (Stocks). Students will read pages 277-285 individually. They will answer the Reading Check and Assessment questions, then turn in.

Thursday – Students will watch video on stocks and investing. They will take notes and teacher guided questions and turn in.

Friday – Quiz on 6-4 (The Function of Modern Banks), 6-5 (Investing), and 6-7 (Stocks)


World History

Monday – Italian Renaissance (pages 354 – 358). Students will read pages 354 to 358 and answer the review questions on page 358.

Tuesday – Northern Renaissance (pages 359 – 362). Students will read pages 359 to 362 and answer the review questions on page 358.

Wednesday – The Protestant Reformation (pages 363 – 367). Students will read pages 363 to 367 and answer the review questions on page 367.

Thursday – The Catholic Reformation (pages 368 – 371). Students will read pages 368 to 371 and answer the review questions on page 371.

Friday – Chapter 15 (Renaissance Test)


American History

Monday – Governing A New Nation (pages 204 – 209). Students will read individually and complete Check Your Progress questions on page 209.

Tuesday – The Constitutional Convention (pages 212 – 217). Students will read individually and complete Check Your Progress questions on page 217.

Wednesday – Debating the Constitution (pages 218 – 221). Students will read individually and complete Check Your Progress questions on page 221.

Thursday – Brain Bowl Review (Chapter 7)

Friday – Chapter 7 Test (Articles of Confederation Period; Creating the Constitution)


Reading

Monday – Reading Comprehension Assignment (“The Basques”).

Tuesday - Enrichment Reading Activity (Darwinia). Students will answer teacher guided questions.

Wednesday – Sustained Silent Reading.

Thursday – Reading Comprehension Assignment (“Women Warriors”).
