World History Middle School


Monday – China Under the Zhou Dynasty (textbook pages 436 to 439). Students will read, define all terms, complete all reading check questions, complete the map skills questions on page 437, complete the chart skills questions on page 438, and complete the section 2 assessment questions on page 439.


Tuesday – Religions and Beliefs of Ancient China (textbook pages 440 to 445). Students will read and answer questions provided by teacher.


Wednesday – Chapter 14 Assessment (textbook pages 446). Students will work with a partner to complete the Chapter 14 Assessment on page 446. Early finishers will study for quiz tomorrow.


Thursday – Ancient China Quiz (textbook pages 432 to 445). Students will receive flashcards sheets for Ancient Greece. Students will work on their flashcards for Ancient Greece.

HW: Complete flashcards for Ancient Greece.


Friday Brain Bowl Review. All flashcard terms.




American History Middle School


Monday – American Literature and Arts (textbook pages 431 to 435) – Class will read and discuss together. Students will answer teacher-provided questions.


Tuesday – BrainBowl Review (Chapter 12)


Wednesday – Chapter 12 Test (Based on textbook pages 414 to 435)


Thursday – Students will receive flashcards sheets for the New England Colonies. Students will work on flashcards.

HW: Students will complete flashcards for the New England Colonies.


Friday – Teacher will introduce Chapter 13 (Westward Expansion); The West (textbook pages 444 to 447) – Class will read and discuss. Students will answer teacher-provided questions.




World History High School


Monday – Russia in the Age of Absolutism (textbook pages 459 to 464) – Students will read and answer teacher provided questions.


Tuesday – Central Europe in the Age of Absolutism (textbook pages 465 to 469) – Students will read and answer teacher provided questions.


Wednesday – Brain Bowl Review (Age of Absolutism & Review Terms)


Thursday – Test on “The Age of Absolutism” and “The Scientific Revolution”) (textbook pages 382 to 387 & 454 to 469) (Bonus Questions from Human Origins & Stone Age Flashcards.)


Friday – Students will receive flashcards sheets for Agricultural Revolution & Dawn of Civilization. Students will work on flashcards.

HW: Students will complete flashcards for Agricultural Revolution & Dawn of Civilization.




American History High School


Monday – Can a Poor Person Get a Fair Trial? Gideon vs Wainwright (1963) (textbook page 708) – Class will read and discuss together; Poverty and Prosperity (textbook page 711) – Class will read and discuss together; What Rights Should an Accused Person Have? Miranda vs Arizona (1966) (textbook page 717) – Class will read and discuss together.
