Economics

Monday – Brain Bowl Review. Review activity on the Labor unit.

Tuesday – Labor Test. Test on the Labor unit.

Wednesday – The Role of Money. Students will complete the worksheet using pages 228 to 231 in the packet.

Thursday – American Banking. Students will complete the worksheet using pages 232 to 240 in the packet.

Friday – NO SCHOOL. Veteran’s Day.


High School English

Monday – Vocabulary List #7. Students will receive Vocabulary List #2 and class will review. Vocabulary Story #2. Students will write a story with 15 sentences, each including one of the vocabulary words from Vocabulary List #7. (Make Up) Vocabulary Test #2. Students who were out on Friday will make-up Vocabulary Test #2.

Tuesday – Sentence Diagrams #1. Class will work together to complete the worksheet.

Wednesday – Sentence Diagrams #1 (Continued). Class will work together to complete the worksheet.

Thursday – Vocabulary Quiz #7. Quiz on Vocabulary List #7.

Friday – NO SCHOOL. Veteran’s Day.


8th Grade English

Monday – Vocabulary List #2. Students will receive Vocabulary List #2 and class will review. Vocabulary Sentences #2. Students will write a sentence including each vocabulary word with context clues demonstrating their understanding of the word. (Make Up) Vocabulary Quiz #1. Students who were out on Friday will make-up Vocabulary Quiz #1.

Tuesday – Sentence Diagrams #1. Class will work together to complete the worksheet.

Wednesday – Sentence Diagrams #1 (Continued). Class will work together to complete the worksheet.

Thursday – Vocabulary Quiz #2. Quiz on Vocabulary List #2.

Friday – NO SCHOOL. Veteran’s Day.


8th Grade American History

Monday – Middle Colonies (continued). PowerPoint Presentation on the Middle Colonies. Students will listen, read slides, watch video clips, answer teacher-directed questions, participate in class discussions, and answer questions on PowerPoint slides.
