Economics

Monday - PowerPoint: Fundamentals of Demand (Teacher will lecture and discuss. Students will verbally answer teacher-directed questions, write answers to questions written on slides, and watch and discuss videos.)

Tuesday – Demand Schedules, Demand Graphs, and Demand Curves. Students will use textbook pages 80 – 82 to learn how to use demand schedules, demand graphs, and demand curves. Students will answer teacher-directed questions.

Wednesday – Cumulative Test. Review test on concepts learned to this point.

Thursday – Cumulative Brain Bowl Review. Cumulative review game on concepts learned to this point.

Friday – NO SCHOOL


English Honors

Monday – Students will finish reading Beowulf (pages 52 – 60) and answer Thinking Through Literature questions (#1 - #6) on page 63.

Tuesday – Beowulf and Lord of the Flies Test

Wednesday – Students will plan their Halloween short story.

Thursday – Students will start writing their Halloween short stories.

Friday – NO SCHOOL


8th Grade American History

Monday – Students will use list of events and dates provided by the teacher (and follow instructions on the worksheet) to create a timeline of events from the settlement of the Americas to the settlement of Plymouth.

Homework: If students are not finished with their timeline they must complete at home and turn in at the beginning of class on Wednesday.
