Week of 3/27 - 3/31

Note: This Agenda Blog is only an approximate plan of the weekly lesson plans. Changes can and will be made due to unanticipated circumstances and in order to maximize instructional effectiveness.


American History High School

Monday – NO SCHOOL

Tuesday – Vocabulary Review Worksheet #3. Students will complete vocabulary review worksheet using their vocabulary lists. Students will spend the second half of the period quizzing each other on the vocabulary terms.

Wednesday – The War’s End & Impact. Class will read and review pages 744 to 751 in the textbook. Students will complete questions on worksheet provided by teacher.

Thursday – Vocabulary Review Worksheet #4. Students will complete vocabulary review worksheet using their vocabulary lists. Students will spend the second half of the period quizzing each other on the vocabulary terms.

Friday – Chapter 22 Test.


World History High School

Monday – NO SCHOOL

Tuesday – Socialism. Class will read and review pages 564 to 567 in the textbook. Students will complete define all terms and complete all checkpoint questions.

Wednesday – Chapter 22 Review.

Thursday – Chapter 22 Test.

Friday – Nationalism in Europe (Introduction). Teacher will introduce Chapter 25. The Unification of Italy. Class will read and review pages 564 to 567 in the textbook. Students will complete define all terms and complete all checkpoint questions.


English High School

Monday – NO SCHOOL

Tuesday – Vocabulary Story. Class will review Vocabulary List #20. Students will write a 20-sentence story, including one of the vocabulary terms in each sentence.

Wednesday – War of the Worlds. Class will read Chapter 1 of War of the Worlds and answer guided reading questions.

Thursday – War of the Worlds. Class will read Chapter 2 of War of the Worlds and answer guided reading questions.

Friday – Vocabulary Quiz #20. Quiz on Vocabulary List #20.


American History Middle School

Monday – NO SCHOOL

Tuesday – Chapter 10 Test Review. Class will review for Chapter 10 Test.

Wednesday – Chapter 10 Test.

Thursday – Historian’s Apprentice Activity. Class will review and analyze primary source documents on pages 372 through 374 and complete the Historian’s Checklist questions for each.

Friday – Chapter 11: North and South Take Different Paths (Introduction). Teacher will introduce Chapter 11. Socratic Dialogue. Socratic dialogue review on what students have learned over the course of the year.
