Pre Spring Break Week. 3/15-1/19

This is subject to change if I feel as though the students are proficient or not at these topics


Algebra 1:

Monday- Start on multiplying special cases in polynomials (FOIL Method). The homework will be a worksheet #s 1-7

Tuesday- Continue and review on special cases in polynomials. Finishing the rest of the worksheet will be the homework #s, 8-14

Wednesday- Quiz on special cases and we will prepare for the lesson after Spring Break on factoring polynomials.

Thursday- TRIP TO THE SKATE STATION!!!!

Friday- Free math friday on whatever the students want to learn. Enjoy your spring break!


Pre-Algebra:

Monday- Start on solving slope in a graph and given two points. The homework will be a worksheet #s 1-16 and Pg 376, 1-20. Due on Wednesday

Tuesday- We will finish up on solving slope in a graph and given two points. The homework will be finishing up the worksheet and Pg 376 for the quiz on Wednesday

Wednesday- Quiz on solving slope in a graph and given two points.

Thursday- TRIP TO THE SKATE STATION!!!!

Friday- Free math friday on whatever the students want to learn. Enjoy your spring break!


7th Grade Math:

Monday- We will review over percent proportion for the quiz tomorrow. The worksheet will be homework for students that didn't finish in class.

Tuesday- Quiz on percent proportion. We will prepare for tomorrow's activity on percents in the real world.

Wednesday- Activity on percentage in the real world. The students will be going to the mall and have to figure out how to budget their money.

Thursday- TRIP TO THE SKATE STATION!!!!

Friday- Free math friday on whatever the students want to learn. Enjoy your spring break!


6th Grade Math:

Monday- We will review over the Distributive property for the quiz on Tuesday.

Tuesday- We will have a quiz on Distributive property.

Wednesday- Finishing up with the algebra section of 6th grade, the students will do a in book chapter test on the subjects we went over.

Thursday- TRIP TO THE SKATE STATION!!!!

Friday- Free math friday on whatever the students want to learn. Enjoy your spring break!


Geometry:

Monday- We will do an in class worksheet on chords and arc measures in preparation for the test on Wednesday.

Tuesday - We will review over what to expect from the test on Wednesday. The topics will include, arc measures, chords, and their respective theorems.

Wednesday- Test on chords and arc measures.

Thursday- TRIP TO THE SKATE STATION!!!!

Friday- Free math friday on whatever the students want to learn. Enjoy your spring break!
